Allen I. Murray is a partner of Murray Digdon Law. He has been involved in the general practice of law since 1978 with litigation experience at all Court levels in New Brunswick. Mr. Murray has extensive experience in various areas of the law, including Real Estate, Wills, Power of Attorneys and Estates, Family Law, Corporate/Commercial, Personal Injury, Civil Litigation and Employment Law.
Mr. Murray obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Thomas University in 1973 and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New Brunswick in 1978. He was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 1978 and is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, York-Sunbury Law Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
Mr. Murray is active within his community and has held a variety of executive positions on a number of non-profit boards and organizations.
Robert A. Digdon is a partner of Murray Digdon Law. He has extensive experience in a wide range of legal areas including Criminal Law, Family Law, Property Transactions, Wills, Estates, Power of Attorneys, Corporate Law, Contracts, Purchases and Sales of Businesses, Labour and Employment Law, Municipal Law, Personal Injury Law and Civil Litigation.
Mr. Digdon graduated from UNB in 1984 with a Business Administration Degree. He then went on to Law School and graduated from UNB with a Law Degree in 1987. He did his Law Articles with the New Brunswick Department of Justice and has been practising law since 1988. He has represented clients in all levels of the New Brunswick Courts including jury trials and appeals.
Mr. Digdon is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association and the York-Sunbury Law Society.
Mr. Digdon has held many positions in professional and community organizations. He has been a Stewart of the York-Sunbury Law Society, a Commodore of the Fredericton Yacht Club, a Vice-President of the Fredericton branch of the Kidney Foundation, a Director of the Fredericton Recreational Council for the Disabled, a hockey and soccer coach, a Counsel Member of the New Brunswick Legal Aid Appeals Committee and a member of the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce.
